RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds for merchandise can be obtained at the point of purchase, provided the store's return policy is adhered to, or through our website or authorized Happy Golfer outlets, such as Amazon, as long as the item is in its original packaging and is unused, with no defects to the packaging or product. We are unable to process refunds if these conditions are not met. Please note that refund requests must be received within 14 days of receipt of the package. The credit for the returned item(s) will be refunded to the original form of payment, and may take between 5-10 days to process.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
This warranty applies exclusively to purchases made directly from The Happy Golfer in the United Kingdom. For products purchased from other sources, please seek assistance from the original place of purchase with your receipt in hand.
While every effort is made to ensure consistency and quality during the manufacturing process, there may be slight variations in colour for our paper disposable products, and prolonged exposure to sunlight may result in fading. To maximize the longevity of these products, they should be stored in their original packaging and kept out of direct sunlight, either at home or within a golf bag. Silicone and polyester products are more durable, but may show signs of fading over time. Proper storage, which includes packaging after use and keeping them out of direct sunlight, can help to prolong their life.
It is important to note that this warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any legal rights you may have.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents or misuse. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning a product for warranty claims, including postage.
